Event Manager
Reporting Line:
Report to: Event Director
General Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading client and project management for a variety of event projects assigned by director. Assist project director in leading the team for onsite execution.
Detailed Responsibilities:
Team leader to manage proposals and event projects
Pitch leader including brief taking, managing internal pitch process, internal meetings, writing briefs, guiding creative development, proposal (PPT) preparation and budgeting
Key responsibility for developing winning pitches
Event leader including day to day event planning and management, client key interface for projects, lead project team for all deliverables, set time schedule, manage suppliers and budget
Key responsibility for project profitability
Onsite management and overall responsibility
Post-event follow up and evaluations/ external and internal
Requirements & Qualifications:
Excellent event execution abilities and understanding of event processes, technologies and resources; ale to multitask and manage a team; excellent presentation skills
Bachelor degree
5 years (or plus) of experience in event management for corporate/luxury/auto clients or similar; 3 year as a project leader; proven management and client handling experience in the market
Fluent in English and Mandarin
